   My name is Tess Leckrone, and I am the owner of Artistic Cosmetics, a full service Beauty Salon,Spa,and Permanent Makeup Facility.

I opened Artistic Cosmetics in 1993 as a Full Service Beauty Salon providing hair cutting, styling, coloring, make-up and Permanent Make-up services. I moved to my current location on Charles St in 2007.

    I am a Graduate of Cosmetology School in the Philippines,went on to study and

graduate from Jean D'strees Centro De Estetica and Make-up School in Madrid, Spain

and studied Permanent Make up with Linda Hammond at the American Academy of

Micro pigmentation and have been a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic

Profesionals (SPCP), the largest leading organization for Permanent Cosmetic

Tattooing(micro pigmentation) since 1994.I am licesened by the Illinois Department

of Health and the Macon County Health Department.

    As a Cosmologist, one of my favorite services in my salon is hairstyling.

(for some reason, everytime I washed my clients hair,I also washed their eyebrow's off.)

I don't want my client's to go out  the door without their eyebrows, so being a

Professional Make-up Artist, I would redraw their eyebrows on everyweek. How I wished that I could draw their eyebrows on Permanently! And so

began my start in the Permanent Make-up Profession.

   As a Professional Make-up Artist, I make sure my clients can see what they will look like afterwards by drawing on their eyebrows ,eyeliner, and lipcolor during their Free Consultation. Call for your's today!
